Effective 31st of December 2023, our Phone Banking facility will no longer be available. To assist in the transition we are here to help. 

Bring your mobile phone, IPad or laptop and join us at Geelong Bank’s office at 107 Gheringhap Street, Geelong for a fun, interactive workshop to assist you in learning how to protect yourself from Fraud and Scams.  We will also explain the transition from phone banking to Internet Banking and our Mobile Banking app on the following days:

• Tuesday, 9am 24 October 2023
• Tuesday, 4pm 31 October 2023
• Tuesday, 9am 14 November 2023

For catering purposes, please call 1300 361 555 by 20 October 2023 to book your spot.  There is free parking on site.

If these dates don’t suit you, we are also offering one on one sessions. Please call our friendly Member Service team on 1300 361 555 to book a day and time and we will be more than happy to step you through the process.
