TRANSACTION LIMITS
We limit the amount of daily withdrawals or payments you may make, either generally or in relation to a particular facility. These transaction limits are set out in the Fees and Charges and Transaction Limits brochure.

Internet Banking Daily Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) limit:
• The standard daily limit for external transfers through Internet Banking and the Banking App is $5,000 per day. International transfers standard limit is $2,500 per day.
• Future dated external payments cannot be processed if they exceed the daily limit of $5,000.
• We provide a ‘Self Service’ option where you can increase your limits to the maximum amounts listed below via Internet Banking only on the following payment types:
OSKO/NPP $10,000
Standard transfer $10,000
BPAY $10,000
International Payments $2,500
We recommend you reduce the limit back to standard once the transaction is complete.
To temporarily alter your transaction limit above the ‘Self Service’ limits, you must apply to us in writing during business hours via email to info@geelongbank.com.au
Please be aware that EFT daily processing cut off time is 4.30 pm EST.

Please note that Merchants, billers or other financial institutions may impose additional restrictions on the amount of funds that you can withdraw, pay or transfer.
We may, on application from you, agree to vary a transaction limit. We may also require you to apply for new transaction limits if you change any pass code. We may reduce transaction limits to zero for security reasons.

Cryptocurrency 
Notwithstanding any other transaction limit set out in the Account and Access Facilities brochure and the Fees and Charges and Transaction Limits brochure, we may also in our discretion limit the amount you may withdraw, pay or transfer in total from all your accounts with us (including any joint accounts) to accounts and/or merchants where we reasonably believe:
• that the recipient is a provider of cryptocurrency or digital asset products or services (including a cryptocurrency or digital asset exchange); or
• the withdrawal, payment or transfer is to acquire, or for any other purpose relating to, cryptocurrency or digital assets;
to no more than $10,000 per calendar month.
